Client 1 Argus Consulting works closely with the facilities management team in the UK providing catering management consultancy based on our experience in the business and industry sector for 8 sites across England, Scotland and Europe. Regular tender exercises have been professionally project managed at their head office and operational reviews, incentive scheme implementation, budget analysis and benchmarking have all ensured a high quality, cost effective service has been consistently delivered, operating at optimum levels reflecting company values. Tender projects have been managed at two other sites. One site in the South West was a new build and the tender process encompassed the design of restaurant and kitchen facilities which required capital investment from the appointed contractor. The other site in Scotland also included a new build of a deli plus facility and kitchen with capital investment required. We have continued to provide assistance to meet the service level agreements required by the clients and to help ensure the caterers are clearly focussed on their performance. Argus Consulting worked closely with the Supply Management Team to identify new suppliers who would commit to helping the client remain competitive in a challenging industry. The sourcing strategy encompassed all soft services including catering, cleaning, security, reception and switchboard across 14 sites in the UK and through a professionally managed tender process we were able to simplify the supplier base and the procurement process as well as meet cost saving objectives. Since the tender process we have provided ad hoc assistance with operational reviews, financial reviews, budget analysis and on-going contract monitoring.
